Conversation & assessment

We understand your problem, confirm whether we are the right fit, and assess scope. If the project is not for us, we say so openly — and where we can, we recommend someone who is a better match.

Phase deliverable

Written estimate of scope and price range within 48 hours.

What we need from you
  • Description of the problem or goal (no technical spec needed)
  • 20–30 minutes of your time

Half day

Process audit & written plan

We go through your processes together. We identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and estimate concrete savings. The output is a document that forms the contractual basis for the project.

Phase deliverable

Written digitalisation plan: prioritised feature list, indicative timeline, and a fixed project price.

What we need from you
  • Presence of key people (not only IT)
  • Access to existing systems for review
This phase costs 990 € (Process Audit package). The fee is deducted from the total project price.

2–10 weeks

Development & testing

We develop in bi-weekly sprints. Every week you receive a short status update — written or a 15-minute call. You get access to the test environment from day one; you do not wait until everything is "finished".

Phase deliverable

Working application in the test environment, weekly status report.

What we need from you
  • Feedback on the test environment (one sprint behind)
  • Answers to questions within 24 hours

2–5 days

Launch & training

We deploy to production, verify everything is working, and train your key users. We prepare documentation for onboarding future employees.

Phase deliverable

System live in production, short video documentation, written admin guide.

What we need from you
  • Attendance at a 30-minute training session
  • Access to the production server or cloud account

90-day guarantee

Support & maintenance

90 days of warranty maintenance — bugs fixed at no extra cost. After that, we can agree an SLA contract for ongoing maintenance, updates, and new features.

Phase deliverable

Critical bugs fixed within 4 business hours; other issues within 1 business day.
